Asking Alexandria "The Black" Album Review

This is the first album AA have ever released without Danny Worsnop on vocals and it is f#@$ing badass! This album is everything you would hope for if you are a die hard Asking Alexandria fan or Metalcore enthusiast.

Stepping up to the plate on vocals is Dennis Shaforostov  and he does not disappoint! His vocals are very good on this album from high beautiful cleans to deep, low, blood chilling lows he does not disappoint in the vocal department and totally kills it on both the singing and screaming for this album.

Kicking things off is the song "let it sleep" and like Ben Bruce said it's one of the heaviest songs they've ever written. It's similar to morte et dabo from the reckless and relentless album and at some points sounds a bit like Attila I love it

Carrying on with the album is the title track is "The Black" and it's one of the best riffs I have ever heard from this band. This song is awesome! It even has some piano and singing from Ben Bruce!!!

Next is "I Won't Give In" which I'm sure you've heard if you've been following AA and it kicks major ass. It's probably one of the most pop/mainstream track on the record but it's still a quality track

I won't review every track, you can just go buy the album and love it because it is awesome 100%

My Favorite tracks are: The Black, Undivided, I Won't Give In, Let It Sleep, The Lost Souls although I loved the entire album!

In Conclusion: Asking Alexandria have proved that they can still rock even without Danny Worsnop on the mic. and continue to put out heavy hitting metalcore music!

5 Stars!!!!! AA blew it out of the water with this album! PHENOMENAL!!!!
